I am an international leader in community development, organisational change and social impact, specialising in turning evidence into effective outcomes.
With more than 25 years’ experience across Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom, I have worked at every level of social change, from grassroots organising and place-based initiatives to executive leadership and national cross-sector reform. My practice spans community development, public health, community housing, mergers and aquisitions and complex social systems, where collaboration, trust and accountability are essential.
I work with governments, NGOs, philanthropic organisations and cross-sector partnerships to co-design solutions that are participatory, well-governed and grounded in evidence. I translate insight into action, strengthening strategy, governance and delivery to ensure initiaitves achieve lasting, meaningful impact in complex and challening environments.
I support organisations to clarify direction, strengthen partnerships and translate evidence into practical, measurable outcomes. Drawing on more than 25 years of international experience across leadership, community development, organisational change and systems reform, I help initiatives move from complexity to coherent action.
