As the founding leader of Community Development Australia and advising cross-sector initiatives internationally, I bring senior-level expertise in aligning grassroots participation with system-level reform.

I design practical Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning frameworks that strengthen strategy, improve accountability and support measurable impact.

My work includes:

I have supported local, state-wide, national and international organisations to develop simple, effective MEL frameworks aligned to logic models and theories of change. My work has enabled organisations to generate robust outcomes data, quantify impact, strengthen funding and grant reporting, support policy influence and demonstrate the difference their work is making.

My focus is always on proportionate, usable systems, frameworks that are rigorous enough to be credible, yet practical enough to embed in everyday delivery.

Through OzGrants.Au, I provide specialist support in the development of high-quality grant and tender submissions.

I work with organisations to craft clear, concise and compelling applications that align strategy, evidence and impact. My approach goes beyond writing, I help clarify outcomes, strengthen logic models, refine value propositions and ensure submissions are tightly aligned to funder priorities and assessment criteria.
